During this two month internship you work fully embedded in one practice group at Linklaters' Amsterdam office, home to 77 lawyers and (candidate) notaries across Corporate M&A, Notary, Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations, Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Regulatory and Tax.Tijdens deze stage van twee maanden draai je volledig mee binnen een praktijkgroep van Linklaters in Amsterdam, waar 77 advocaten en (kandidaat-)notarissen werken verdeeld over Corporate M&A, Notariaat, Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations, Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Regulatory en Tax.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work full time for two months inside one of Linklaters Amsterdam's practice groups, with access to the knowledge and experience of the lawyers, tax advisors and candidate notaries in that team
- Assist on real client matters within the chosen practice group, such as Corporate M&A, Litigation, Capital Markets, Banking or Tax
- Take part in the selection and onboarding process alongside other student interns
- Get to know the seven practice groups at the Amsterdam office and how they work together on cross-border matters
- Twee maanden fulltime meedraaien binnen een praktijkgroep van Linklaters Amsterdam, met toegang tot de kennis en ervaring van de advocaten, fiscalisten en kandidaat-notarissen in dat team
- Meewerken aan echte clientdossiers binnen de gekozen praktijkgroep, zoals Corporate M&A, Litigation, Capital Markets, Banking of Tax
- Deelnemen aan het selectie- en introductietraject samen met andere studentstagiairs
- Kennismaken met de zeven praktijkgroepen van het Amsterdamse kantoor en hoe zij samenwerken aan grensoverschrijdende dossiers
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Enrolled as a law, tax law or notarial law student, available for a two month full time internship
- Interest in one or more of Linklaters' Amsterdam practice groups: Corporate M&A, Notary, Litigation, Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Regulatory or Tax
- Able to complete a CV selection, assessment and interview with a managing associate and HR
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Student rechten, fiscaal recht of notarieel recht, beschikbaar voor een fulltime stage van twee maanden
- Interesse in een of meer praktijkgroepen van Linklaters Amsterdam: Corporate M&A, Notariaat, Litigation, Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Regulatory of Tax
- In staat een cv-selectie, assessment en gesprek met een managing associate en HR te doorlopen
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
