In the notarial team led by notary Stan Commissaris, alongside six candidate notaries, two paralegals and three secretaries, you focus on legalization declarations within the Corporate Law section.
What you will do
- Draft legalization declarations and related legal documents
- Prepare notarial statements verifying document signatories
- Manage client correspondence independently
- Support candidate notaries and maintain direct client contact
What we are looking for
- Minimum MBO level work and thinking ability
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong command of Dutch and English
- Organized, flexible and able to take initiative
