What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on complex cases for financial regulators DNB and AFM
- Advise clients on supervision and enforcement matters
- Handle anti-money laundering procedures
- Work on cross-border enforcement actions in collaboration with the Corporate Law department
- Werken aan complexe dossiers voor de toezichthouders DNB en AFM
- Clienten adviseren over toezicht- en handhavingskwesties
- Procedures rond witwasbestrijding behandelen
- Meewerken aan grensoverschrijdende handhavingszaken in samenwerking met de sectie Ondernemingsrecht
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Preferably 4 to 6 years of experience in administrative law
- Affinity for financial markets and understanding of how DNB and AFM operate
- Sharp analytical ability and a results oriented approach
- Excellent Dutch language proficiency
- Bij voorkeur 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring in het bestuursrecht
- Affiniteit met de financiele markten en kennis van de werkwijze van DNB en AFM
- Scherp analytisch vermogen en een resultaatgerichte aanpak
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands
