With at least 2 years as a candidate notary in commercial real estate, you join a real estate subteam of two experienced candidate notaries, one paralegal and one secretary, and also work with clients in the energy transition.
What you will do
- Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions
- Establish property rights and structure real estate financing
- Serve energy sector clients as part of the firm's energy transition work
- Work within a real estate subteam under notary Stan Commissaris
What we are looking for
- Completed master's degree in notarial law, near completion of professional training
- At least 2 years of experience as a candidate notary in commercial real estate practice
- Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Entrepreneurial, analytical and quality focused
