Kandidaat-Notaris Vastgoed

With at least 2 years as a candidate notary in commercial real estate, you join a real estate subteam of two experienced candidate notaries, one paralegal and one secretary, and also work with clients in the energy transition.

What you will do

• Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions
• Establish property rights and structure real estate financing
• Serve energy sector clients as part of the firm's energy transition work
• Work within a real estate subteam under notary Stan Commissaris

• Clienten adviseren over commerciele vastgoedtransacties
• Zakelijke rechten vestigen en vastgoedfinancieringen structureren
• Clienten in de energiesector bedienen als onderdeel van het werk rond de energietransitie
• Werken binnen een vastgoedteam onder leiding van notaris Stan Commissaris

What we are looking for

• Completed master's degree in notarial law, near completion of professional training
• At least 2 years of experience as a candidate notary in commercial real estate practice
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and quality focused

• Afgeronde WO-master notarieel recht, beroepsopleiding bijna afgerond
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als kandidaat-notaris in de commerciele vastgoedpraktijk
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift
• Ondernemend, analytisch en kwaliteitsgericht
