Stek's Corporate M&A team, four partners, seven associates and three trainees, is looking for a trainee lawyer to join deal teams from due diligence through to closing.
What you will do
- Conduct due diligence investigations for mergers and acquisitions
- Draft and negotiate transaction documentation alongside senior colleagues
- Support deal teams through to closing on M&A transactions
- Advise clients, including large corporates, private equity funds and management teams, on corporate law questions
What we are looking for
- Strong interest in different aspects of corporate law
- A driven, proactive attitude and willingness to work relatively independently within a deal team
- Bachelor's and master's degree transcripts to be submitted with the application
- Prior internship evaluations from previous legal internships
About Stek
An Amsterdam firm on the Leidseplein, with lawyer counts reported between roughly 60 and 70 and total staff estimated around 100.
