What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work within a chosen practice group such as Corporate, Litigation, Tax, Employment Law, Competition Law, Real Estate or TMT/IP
- Handle proceedings, advisory work and negotiations depending on the practice group
- Rotate to a second, different practice group after 25 to 29 months to broaden your experience
- Complete the Law Firm School and the three-year Beroepsopleiding Advocaten professional training alongside the role
- Werken binnen een gekozen praktijkgroep, zoals Corporate, Litigation, Fiscaal, Arbeidsrecht, Mededingingsrecht, Vastgoed of TMT/IP
- Procederen, adviseren en onderhandelen, afhankelijk van de praktijkgroep
- Rouleren na 25 tot 29 maanden naar een tweede, ander rechtsgebied om je ervaring te verbreden
- Volgen van de Law Firm School en de driejarige Beroepsopleiding Advocaten naast de functie
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A solid academic foundation, with coursework in property law, civil procedure, corporate law, administrative law and bankruptcy law recommended, preferably with a European dimension
- A completed law degree with civil effect
- Willingness to choose your own specialisation from the firm's practice groups
- Willingness to take part in Stibbe's anonymous application process for diversity and inclusion purposes
- Een stevige academische basis, met vakken als goederenrecht, burgerlijk procesrecht, ondernemingsrecht, bestuursrecht en faillissementsrecht, bij voorkeur met een Europese dimensie
- Een afgeronde rechtenstudie met civiel effect
- Bereidheid om zelf een specialisme te kiezen uit de praktijkgroepen van het kantoor
- Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan de anonieme sollicitatieprocedure van Stibbe, met het oog op diversiteit en inclusie
