Stibbe's Banking & Finance practice is looking for a lawyer with 3 to 4 years of experience to work on complex financing transactions ranging from acquisition finance to capital markets and structured finance.
What you will do
- Work on complex financing transactions and advisory matters, including acquisition financing, restructurings and real estate financing
- Handle project financing and structured finance transactions
- Advise on capital markets transactions
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Regulatory, Corporate and Real Estate practice groups on national and international deals
What we are looking for
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a lawyer
- A background in Banking & Finance or a broader transactional practice such as corporate or restructuring, with a demonstrated interest in finance
- Excellent legal and analytical skills, and a proactive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
- Fluent Dutch and English
