What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on complex financing transactions and advisory matters, including acquisition financing, restructurings and real estate financing
- Handle project financing and structured finance transactions
- Advise on capital markets transactions
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Regulatory, Corporate and Real Estate practice groups on national and international deals
- Werken aan complexe financieringstransacties en adviezen, waaronder acquisitiefinanciering, herstructureringen en vastgoedfinanciering
- Behandelen projectfinanciering en structured finance transacties
- Adviseren over kapitaalmarkttransacties
- Nauw samenwerken met de praktijkgroepen Financial Regulatory, Corporate en Vastgoed bij nationale en internationale deals
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a lawyer
- A background in Banking & Finance or a broader transactional practice such as corporate or restructuring, with a demonstrated interest in finance
- Excellent legal and analytical skills, and a proactive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Drie tot vier jaar relevante werkervaring als advocaat
- Een achtergrond in Banking & Finance of een bredere transactiepraktijk zoals ondernemingsrecht of herstructurering, met aantoonbare interesse in financieringsrecht
- Uitstekende juridische en analytische vaardigheden, en een proactieve, flexibele en teamgerichte instelling
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
