This role in Holla's specialised M&A team, part of the corporate law division in Eindhoven, guides mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures for clients ranging from sole proprietors to multinationals, including private equity and venture capital.
What you will do
- Guide mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures from start to finish
- Draft and review transaction documentation
- Advise on corporate law matters in collaboration with other practice groups
- Work on due diligence investigations and buy-and-build strategies
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in M&A
- Excellent Dutch and English proficiency, written and oral
- Strong organisational skills and decision-making ability
- Social competence, initiative and commercial acumen
