Advocaat-medewerker M&A

This role in Holla's specialised M&A team, part of the corporate law division in Eindhoven, guides mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures for clients ranging from sole proprietors to multinationals, including private equity and venture capital.

What you will do

• Guide mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures from start to finish
• Draft and review transaction documentation
• Advise on corporate law matters in collaboration with other practice groups
• Work on due diligence investigations and buy-and-build strategies

• Fusies, overnames en joint ventures van begin tot eind begeleiden
• Transactiedocumentatie opstellen en beoordelen
• Adviseren over ondernemingsrechtelijke kwesties in samenwerking met andere praktijkgroepen
• Meewerken aan due diligence-onderzoeken en buy-and-build strategieen

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in M&A
• Excellent Dutch and English proficiency, written and oral
• Strong organisational skills and decision-making ability
• Social competence, initiative and commercial acumen

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in M&A
• Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en beslisvaardigheid
• Sociale vaardigheid, initiatief en commercieel inzicht
