This role sits within Holla's IE, ICT & Privacy practice group, a ten-specialist team, and is aimed at expanding the patent law subspecialty for clients in fashion, lifestyle, retail, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.
What you will do
- Advise on and litigate intellectual property matters with an emphasis on patent law
- Help expand the patent law subspecialty within the practice group
- Represent clients across sectors including fashion, lifestyle, retail, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications
- Provide legal counsel to multinationals, government bodies and mid-market enterprises
What we are looking for
- A completed law degree, preferably with a patent law specialisation
- At least 5 years of experience in this legal field
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build the practice
