This role sits within Holla's IE, ICT & Privacy practice group, a ten-specialist team, and is aimed at expanding the patent law subspecialty for clients in fashion, lifestyle, retail, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.Deze functie valt binnen de praktijkgroep IE, ICT & Privacy van Holla, een team van tien specialisten, en is gericht op het uitbouwen van de subspecialisatie octrooirecht voor clienten in mode, lifestyle, retail, farmacie en telecommunicatie.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise on and litigate intellectual property matters with an emphasis on patent law
- Help expand the patent law subspecialty within the practice group
- Represent clients across sectors including fashion, lifestyle, retail, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications
- Provide legal counsel to multinationals, government bodies and mid-market enterprises
- Adviseren over en procederen in intellectuele-eigendomszaken met de nadruk op octrooirecht
- Meewerken aan het uitbouwen van de subspecialisatie octrooirecht binnen de praktijkgroep
- Clienten vertegenwoordigen in sectoren als mode, lifestyle, retail, farmacie en telecommunicatie
- Juridisch advies geven aan multinationals, overheidsinstanties en middelgrote ondernemingen
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed law degree, preferably with a patent law specialisation
- At least 5 years of experience in this legal field
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build the practice
- Een afgeronde rechtenstudie, bij voorkeur met specialisatie octrooirecht
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in dit rechtsgebied
- Vloeiende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Een ondernemende instelling en drive om de praktijk verder uit te bouwen
