- Guide, advise on and structure or restructure (international) businesses
- Draft notarial documentation for corporate transactions
- Advise on M&A transactions and manage capitalisation rounds
- Structure employee participations and address governance matters
- Ondernemingen, ook internationale, begeleiden, adviseren, structureren en herstructureren
- Notariele akten opstellen bij ondernemingsrechtelijke transacties
- Adviseren over M&A-transacties en kapitaalrondes begeleiden
- Werknemersparticipaties structureren en governancevraagstukken behandelen
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 1 to 4 years of prior experience in M&A practice or corporate legal advisory work
- Fluent Dutch and English, written and oral
- Strong analytical and independent working ability
- A meticulous, structured working approach
- 1 tot 4 jaar eerdere ervaring in de M&A-praktijk of ondernemingsrechtelijke advisering
- Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en zelfstandig kunnen werken
- Een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkwijze
