Student-stage Arbeidsrecht

This two-month student internship in Lexence's employment law practice offers hands-on exposure through legal research, drafting memos and attending court hearings and witness examinations.

What you will do

• Carry out case law and literature research on employment law questions
• Draft memoranda and legal opinions
• Attend court proceedings and witness examinations
• Take part in internal jurisprudence discussions

• Jurisprudentie- en literatuuronderzoek verrichten naar arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken
• Memo's en legal opinions opstellen
• Zittingen en getuigenverhoren bijwonen
• Deelnemen aan interne jurisprudentiebesprekingen

What we are looking for

• Third or fourth-year bachelor's or master's-level law studies
• Ability to function in a dynamic working environment
• A self-directed, proactive attitude
• Interest in using technology, including AI, for efficient legal work

• Derde- of vierdejaars bachelor- of masterstudie rechten
• Kunnen functioneren in een dynamische werkomgeving
• Een zelfstandige, proactieve instelling
• Interesse in het gebruik van technologie, waaronder AI, voor efficient juridisch werk
