Student-stage Corporate/M&A

This two-month student internship in Lexence's Corporate/M&A practice offers a first look at deal work through legal research, drafting memos and attending court sessions and jurisprudence lunches.

What you will do

• Carry out case law and literature research relevant to corporate transactions
• Draft memos and legal opinions
• Observe court proceedings and witness examinations
• Attend jurisprudence lunch sessions with the team

What we are looking for

• Third or fourth-year bachelor's or master's-level law studies (WO level)
• Demonstrated interest in Corporate/M&A practice
• Ability to adapt and function in a dynamic environment
• A self-motivated attitude with initiative

• Derde- of vierdejaars bachelor- of masterstudie rechten (WO-niveau)
• Aantoonbare interesse in de Corporate/M&A praktijk
• Aanpassingsvermogen en kunnen functioneren in een dynamische omgeving
• Een zelfsturende instelling met initiatief
