What you will do
- Carry out case law and literature research relevant to corporate transactions
- Draft memos and legal opinions
- Observe court proceedings and witness examinations
- Attend jurisprudence lunch sessions with the team
What we are looking for
- Third or fourth-year bachelor's or master's-level law studies (WO level)
- Demonstrated interest in Corporate/M&A practice
- Ability to adapt and function in a dynamic environment
- A self-motivated attitude with initiative
