During this two month internship you work fully within the Corporate Law section, which covers corporate law, competition law, contract and procedural law and notarial services for national and international clients.Tijdens deze stage van twee maanden draai je volledig mee binnen de sectie Ondernemingsrecht, die zich richt op ondernemingsrecht, mededingingsrecht, contracten- en procesrecht en notariele dienstverlening voor nationale en internationale clienten.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Conduct literature and case law research
- Draft procedural documents and transaction documentation such as resolutions and term sheets
- Attend court sessions, jurisprudence discussions and client meetings
- Work on matters involving acquisitions, energy law, cartel prohibition and merger notifications
- Literatuur- en jurisprudentieonderzoek verrichten
- Processtukken en transactiedocumentatie opstellen, zoals besluiten en term sheets
- Zittingen, jurisprudentiebesprekingen en clientgesprekken bijwonen
- Meewerken aan dossiers rond overnames, energierecht, kartelverboden en concentratiemeldingen

- Third year bachelor's or master's law student
- Enthusiastic, pragmatic mindset
- Available for a two month internship, not during July or August
- Full time availability, 40 hours a week
- Derdejaars bachelor- of masterstudent rechten
- Enthousiaste, pragmatische instelling
- Beschikbaar voor een stage van twee maanden, niet in juli of augustus
- Fulltime beschikbaar, 40 uur per week
