Advocaat-medewerker Financial Services

Within a Financial Services Regulatory practice known for its green and climate fund work, you advise asset managers, banks and fintechs on the regulatory requirements that govern their business.

What you will do

• Advise asset managers, banks and fintechs on financial regulatory requirements such as EMIR and CSDR
• Draft and review investment management agreements
• Support licensing applications for asset managers and other regulated entities
• Work on green fund and climate fund matters, a significant part of the team's practice

• Vermogensbeheerders, banken en fintechs adviseren over financieel toezichtrecht zoals EMIR en CSDR
• Investment management agreements opstellen en beoordelen
• Vergunningaanvragen voor vermogensbeheerders en andere gereguleerde partijen ondersteunen
• Werken aan green fund en climate fund dossiers, een substantieel deel van de praktijk van het team

What we are looking for

• Legal background with affinity for financial services regulation
• Interest in asset management and investment funds
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Analytical and precise, comfortable translating regulation into practical advice

• Juridische achtergrond met affiniteit voor financieel toezichtrecht
• Interesse in asset management en investment funds
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
• Analytisch en precies, met het vermogen regelgeving te vertalen naar praktisch advies
