What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on broad notarial business law matters within the Corporate & Commercial practice group
- Advise clients ranging from startups and family businesses to private equity funds and large corporates
- Draft and review notarial deeds for corporate transactions
- Take part in a notarial team being strengthened with new hires
- Brede notariele ondernemingsrechtelijke dossiers behandelen binnen de praktijkgroep Corporate & Commercial
- Clienten adviseren, van start-ups en familiebedrijven tot private-equityfondsen en grote corporates
- Notariele akten opstellen en beoordelen voor ondernemingsrechtelijke transacties
- Onderdeel worden van een notarieel team dat wordt versterkt met nieuwe collega's
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Experience as a candidate notary in business law
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Client focused, analytical and socially capable
- Open to part time or hybrid working arrangements
- Ervaring als kandidaat-notaris in het ondernemingsrecht
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Clientgericht, analytisch en sociaal vaardig
- Open voor parttime of hybride werken
