Joining a notarial team that is part of the Corporate & Commercial practice group at an office of around 130 staff, you work on broad notarial business law matters for clients ranging from startups and family businesses to private equity funds and large corporates.
What you will do
- Work on broad notarial business law matters within the Corporate & Commercial practice group
- Advise clients ranging from startups and family businesses to private equity funds and large corporates
- Draft and review notarial deeds for corporate transactions
- Take part in a notarial team being strengthened with new hires
What we are looking for
- Experience as a candidate notary in business law
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Client focused, analytical and socially capable
- Open to part time or hybrid working arrangements
