Ten Holter Noordam is looking for a lawyer with around two to five years of experience for its area development practice in Rotterdam, working on housing construction and public-private partnership projects.
What you will do
- Advise clients on complex real estate and area development matters, including housing construction and redevelopment projects
- Advise on agreements between government bodies and market parties in public-private partnerships
- Handle matters concerning land transfer, leasehold and the application of Didam case law
- Combine advisory work with litigation representation, structuring complex projects and identifying legal risks
What we are looking for
- A completed legal master's degree, preferably in civil law, administrative law or property law
- Approximately two to five years of relevant experience as a lawyer
- Analytical strength combined with a practical, hands-on problem-solving mentality
- Affinity with real estate and public-private cooperation, and strong communication skills
