Stibbe's Competition Law & Regulated Markets practice, three partners and around fifteen staff, is looking for a lawyer with at least four years of experience to work on ACM and European Commission investigations and follow-on damages litigation.
What you will do
- Assist clients in investigations by the ACM and the European Commission
- Handle administrative procedures before Dutch and European courts
- Work on civil litigation cases, including follow-on and stand-alone mass damages claims
- Provide technical and strategic advice on complex national and cross-border competition law matters
What we are looking for
- Minimum four years of relevant advocacy experience
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong legal and litigation skills, with a proactive and client-oriented mindset
- Particular interest in and experience with litigation and proceedings in competition law
