Stibbe's Competition Law & Regulated Markets practice, three partners and around fifteen staff, is looking for a lawyer with at least four years of experience to work on ACM and European Commission investigations and follow-on damages litigation.De praktijkgroep Competition Law & Regulated Markets van Stibbe, drie partners en circa vijftien medewerkers, zoekt een advocaat met minimaal vier jaar ervaring voor onderzoeken van de ACM en de Europese Commissie en follow-on schadeprocedures.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Assist clients in investigations by the ACM and the European Commission
- Handle administrative procedures before Dutch and European courts
- Work on civil litigation cases, including follow-on and stand-alone mass damages claims
- Provide technical and strategic advice on complex national and cross-border competition law matters
- Bijstaan cliënten in onderzoeken van de ACM en de Europese Commissie
- Behandelen bestuursrechtelijke procedures bij Nederlandse en Europese rechters
- Werken aan civiele procedures, waaronder follow-on en stand-alone massaschadeclaims
- Geven technisch en strategisch hoogwaardig advies bij complexe nationale en grensoverschrijdende vraagstukken
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Minimum four years of relevant advocacy experience
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong legal and litigation skills, with a proactive and client-oriented mindset
- Particular interest in and experience with litigation and proceedings in competition law
- Minimaal vier jaar relevante werkervaring als advocaat
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
- Sterke juridische en procesrechtelijke vaardigheden, met een proactieve en klantgerichte instelling
- Specifieke interesse in en ervaring met procederen op het gebied van het mededingingsrecht
