What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise housing corporations, government bodies, developers and other professional parties on complex real estate projects
- Handle matters in rental law, real estate transactions and project development
- Work on public-private cooperation arrangements, combining advisory work, contract drafting and project guidance
- Assess risks and translate complex regulation into practical solutions for clients
- Adviseren woningcorporaties, overheden, ontwikkelaars en andere professionele partijen bij complexe vastgoedprojecten
- Behandelen kwesties op het gebied van huurrecht, vastgoedtransacties en projectontwikkeling
- Werken aan publiek-private samenwerkingsverbanden, met een combinatie van adviseren, contractvorming en projectbegeleiding
- Beoordelen risico's en vertalen complexe regelgeving naar praktische oplossingen voor cliënten
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Completed professional training as a lawyer (beroepsopleiding advocatuur)
- Four to six years of relevant experience within real estate and housing law
- A solid foundation in contract and property law
- Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written, with a commercial mindset
- Afgeronde beroepsopleiding advocatuur
- Vier tot zes jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het vastgoedrecht en volkshuisvestingsrecht
- Een stevige basis in verbintenissen- en goederenrecht
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift, met een commerciële instelling
