Wijn & Stael's Corporate & Commercial Litigation team is looking for an associate with 5 to 10 years of experience to handle disputes before the Enterprise Chamber, in arbitration at the NAI and ICC, and in inquiry proceedings.Het team Corporate & Commercial Litigation van Wijn & Stael zoekt een advocaat-medewerker met vijf tot tien jaar ervaring voor geschillen bij de Ondernemingskamer, arbitrages bij het NAI en de ICC, en enquêteprocedures.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Draft procedural documents, letters and written materials for complex disputes involving international corporations, family businesses, board members and shareholders
- Gather evidence and manage case progression and deadlines
- Handle proceedings before regular courts, appellate courts and the Ondernemingskamer, including inquiry procedures
- Work on arbitration matters before the NAI and ICC, in collaboration with the Restructuring & Financial Litigation and Cassation teams
- Opstellen processtukken, brieven en schriftelijke stukken voor complexe geschillen met internationale ondernemingen, familiebedrijven, bestuurders en aandeelhouders
- Verzamelen bewijs en bewaken de voortgang en termijnen van dossiers
- Behandelen procedures bij rechtbanken, gerechtshoven en de Ondernemingskamer, waaronder enquêteprocedures
- Werken aan arbitragezaken bij het NAI en de ICC, in samenwerking met de teams Restructuring & Financial Litigation en Cassatie
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed Master's degree in Law
- 5 to 10 years of work experience with demonstrable corporate litigation background
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Strong analytical capability and meticulous case management skills

- Vijf tot tien jaar werkervaring met aantoonbare ervaring in corporate litigation
