Wijn & Stael's Corporate & Commercial Litigation team is looking for an associate with 5 to 10 years of experience to handle disputes before the Enterprise Chamber, in arbitration at the NAI and ICC, and in inquiry proceedings.
What you will do
- Draft procedural documents, letters and written materials for complex disputes involving international corporations, family businesses, board members and shareholders
- Gather evidence and manage case progression and deadlines
- Handle proceedings before regular courts, appellate courts and the Ondernemingskamer, including inquiry procedures
- Work on arbitration matters before the NAI and ICC, in collaboration with the Restructuring & Financial Litigation and Cassation teams
What we are looking for
- A completed Master's degree in Law
- 5 to 10 years of work experience with demonstrable corporate litigation background
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Strong analytical capability and meticulous case management skills
