Studentstage IP & IT

In the IP & IT section you help identify infringing products and research case law on the termination of IT contracts, working in what the team describes as an open and informal atmosphere.

What you will do

• Help identify infringing products in intellectual property matters
• Research case law on the termination of IT contracts
• Draft and review privacy documents and demand letters
• Attend court proceedings, case discussions and client meetings

• Helpen bij het opsporen van inbreukmakende producten in IE-zaken
• Jurisprudentieonderzoek doen naar de beeindiging van IT-contracten
• Privacydocumenten en sommatiebrieven opstellen en beoordelen
• Zittingen, zaaksbesprekingen en clientgesprekken bijwonen

What we are looking for

• Third year bachelor's or master's law student
• Enthusiastic, no nonsense mentality
• Available for a two month internship, not during July or August
• Full time availability, 40 hours a week

• Derdejaars bachelor- of masterstudent rechten
• Enthousiaste, nuchtere instelling
• Beschikbaar voor een stage van twee maanden, niet in juli of augustus
• Fulltime beschikbaar, 40 uur per week
