Studentstage Litigation & Risk Management

This two month internship spans three teams within Litigation & Risk Management: corporate litigation, bankruptcy law and insurance and liability law.

What you will do

• Conduct legal research and draft advice and court documents
• Attend court hearings, case discussions and client meetings
• Work on matters involving directors' liability, shareholder disputes and Enterprise Chamber proceedings
• Assist on professional liability and insurance coverage disputes

• Juridisch onderzoek verrichten en meeschrijven aan adviezen en processtukken
• Zittingen, zaaksbesprekingen en clientgesprekken bijwonen
• Meewerken aan dossiers rond bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid, aandeelhoudersgeschillen en procedures bij de Ondernemingskamer
• Meewerken aan beroepsaansprakelijkheids- en verzekeringsdekkingsgeschillen

What we are looking for

• Third year bachelor's or master's law student
• Enthusiastic, no nonsense mentality
• Available for a two month internship, not during July or August
• Full time availability, 40 hours a week

• Derdejaars bachelor- of masterstudent rechten
• Enthousiaste, nuchtere instelling
• Beschikbaar voor een stage van twee maanden, niet in juli of augustus
• Fulltime beschikbaar, 40 uur per week
