This two month internship spans three teams within Litigation & Risk Management: corporate litigation, bankruptcy law and insurance and liability law.
What you will do
- Conduct legal research and draft advice and court documents
- Attend court hearings, case discussions and client meetings
- Work on matters involving directors' liability, shareholder disputes and Enterprise Chamber proceedings
- Assist on professional liability and insurance coverage disputes
What we are looking for
- Third year bachelor's or master's law student
- Enthusiastic, no nonsense mentality
- Available for a two month internship, not during July or August
- Full time availability, 40 hours a week
