Advocaat-stagiaires

TRIP Advocaten Notarissen, market leader in the Northern Netherlands with more than 80 lawyers, notaries and legal professionals, is recruiting trainee lawyers for a structured three-year programme with a starting salary of 3,760 euros a month.

What you will do

• Engage directly with clients on a wide range of legal matters
• Conduct jurisprudence and literature research to support case files
• Draft correspondence and court documents
• Argue cases before judicial bodies while specialising in a specific practice area

• Voeren gesprekken met cliënten over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken
• Verrichten jurisprudentie- en literatuuronderzoek ter ondersteuning van dossiers
• Stellen correspondentie en processtukken op
• Pleiten zaken bij rechterlijke instanties, met specialisatie in een specifieke praktijkgroep

What we are looking for

• Civil law degree with civil effect nearly or fully completed
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client advisory skills and strategic thinking
• Willingness to commit to a three-year fixed contract with structured salary progression

• Civiel effect (bijna) afgerond
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie
• Cliëntadviesvaardigheden en strategisch denkvermogen
• Bereidheid tot een driejarig contract met gestructureerde salarisgroei
