TRIP is looking for a junior notarial candidate to join its notarial practice at its largest Northern Netherlands office, working on real estate and corporate law matters with increasing independence.
What you will do
- Consult with clients on legal matters within real estate and corporate law
- Conduct jurisprudence and literature research
- Draft deeds and legal opinions
- Take on increasing independence in handling substantive, sometimes pioneering matters
What we are looking for
- A completed or nearly completed notarial master's degree, or several years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and communication abilities, both written and oral
- Client advisory capability with awareness across legal disciplines
- Social competence, service orientation and a capacity for self-reflection and development
