What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Consult with clients on legal matters within real estate and corporate law
- Conduct jurisprudence and literature research
- Draft deeds and legal opinions
- Take on increasing independence in handling substantive, sometimes pioneering matters
- Voeren cliëntgesprekken over juridische vraagstukken binnen vastgoed en ondernemingsrecht
- Verrichten jurisprudentie- en literatuuronderzoek
- Opstellen akten en juridische adviezen
- Krijgen toenemende zelfstandigheid bij inhoudelijk, soms pionierend werk
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed or nearly completed notarial master's degree, or several years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and communication abilities, both written and oral
- Client advisory capability with awareness across legal disciplines
- Social competence, service orientation and a capacity for self-reflection and development
- Een afgeronde of bijna afgeronde notariële master, of enkele jaren relevante ervaring
- Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
