What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise, negotiate and litigate in individual labor disputes
- Guide clients through complex restructurings and collective labor agreement matters
- Handle works council procedures for HR departments and executives
- Advise mid-sized to large organisations on the full range of employment law questions
- Adviseren, onderhandelen en procederen in individuele arbeidsgeschillen
- Begeleiden cliënten bij complexe reorganisaties en cao-vraagstukken
- Behandelen medezeggenschapsprocedures voor HR-afdelingen en bestuurders
- Adviseren middelgrote tot grote organisaties over het volledige spectrum van arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Completed professional training as a lawyer (beroepsopleiding advocatuur)
- Minimum six years of experience in labor law
- Possession of the PALA or Grotius Arbeidsrecht certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written, with strong analytical skills
- Afgeronde beroepsopleiding advocatuur
- Minimaal zes jaar ervaring in het arbeidsrecht
- PALA- of Grotius Arbeidsrecht-specialisatieopleiding afgerond, of bereidheid deze te volgen
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift, en sterk analytisch vermogen
