Ten Holter Noordam's 13-lawyer labor law section, part of a 50-attorney Rotterdam firm, is looking for a senior associate with at least six years of experience to advise HR departments and executives at mid-sized to large organisations.
What you will do
- Advise, negotiate and litigate in individual labor disputes
- Guide clients through complex restructurings and collective labor agreement matters
- Handle works council procedures for HR departments and executives
- Advise mid-sized to large organisations on the full range of employment law questions
What we are looking for
- Completed professional training as a lawyer (beroepsopleiding advocatuur)
- Minimum six years of experience in labor law
- Possession of the PALA or Grotius Arbeidsrecht certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written, with strong analytical skills
