Medior kandidaat-notaris Ondernemingsrecht

TRIP is looking for a medior notarial candidate with roughly four to seven years of experience to guide entrepreneurs and institutions through investments, acquisitions and governance matters.

What you will do

• Guide entrepreneurs and institutions through investments, acquisitions, entity formation and governance matters
• Draft incorporation deeds, share transfer documents and articles of association amendments
• Conduct client meetings together with accountants and tax advisors
• Manage files independently and support mergers and corporate restructuring activities alongside senior notaries

• Begeleiden ondernemers en instellingen bij investeringen, overnames, oprichtingen en governancevraagstukken
• Opstellen oprichtingsakten, aandelenoverdrachten en statutenwijzigingen
• Voeren cliëntgesprekken samen met accountants en belastingadviseurs
• Beheren dossiers zelfstandig en ondersteunen fusies en herstructureringen, samen met senior notarissen

What we are looking for

• Approximately four to seven years of experience as a notarial candidate (kandidaat-notaris)
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law and strong legal skills
• An entrepreneurial, learning-oriented and ambitious mindset
• Affinity with the Northern Netherlands region

• Circa vier tot zeven jaar werkervaring als kandidaat-notaris
• Uitstekende kennis van het ondernemingsrecht en sterke juridische vaardigheden
• Een ondernemende, leergierige en ambitieuze instelling
• Affiniteit met de regio Noord-Nederland
