TRIP is looking for a medior notarial candidate with roughly four to seven years of experience to guide entrepreneurs and institutions through investments, acquisitions and governance matters.
What you will do
- Guide entrepreneurs and institutions through investments, acquisitions, entity formation and governance matters
- Draft incorporation deeds, share transfer documents and articles of association amendments
- Conduct client meetings together with accountants and tax advisors
- Manage files independently and support mergers and corporate restructuring activities alongside senior notaries
What we are looking for
- Approximately four to seven years of experience as a notarial candidate (kandidaat-notaris)
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law and strong legal skills
- An entrepreneurial, learning-oriented and ambitious mindset
- Affinity with the Northern Netherlands region
