Van Benthem & Keulen is looking for an (incoming) partner in construction law with 8 to 15 years of experience, working alongside counsel Frederike Linssen on matters for both contractors and clients, in and out of court.
What you will do
- Advise both contractors and clients on construction law matters, publicly and privately
- Litigate construction disputes before the courts and the Raad van Arbitrage voor de Bouw
- Handle construction law in all its forms as part of a committed, multidisciplinary team
- Work closely with counsel Frederike Linssen to further develop the construction law practice
What we are looking for
- 8 to 15 years of experience in construction law
- A completed WO master's degree in law
- Affinity with construction law and ambition to grow within a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to both advise clients and regularly litigate construction disputes
