Van Benthem & Keulen is looking for an (incoming) partner in construction law with 8 to 15 years of experience, working alongside counsel Frederike Linssen on matters for both contractors and clients, in and out of court.Van Benthem & Keulen zoekt een (aankomend) partner bouwrecht met 8 tot 15 jaar ervaring, die samen met counsel Frederike Linssen werkt aan zaken voor zowel aannemers als opdrachtgevers, zowel adviserend als procederend.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise both contractors and clients on construction law matters, publicly and privately
- Litigate construction disputes before the courts and the Raad van Arbitrage voor de Bouw
- Handle construction law in all its forms as part of a committed, multidisciplinary team
- Work closely with counsel Frederike Linssen to further develop the construction law practice
- Adviseren zowel aannemers als opdrachtgevers over bouwrechtelijke vraagstukken, publiek en privaat
- Procederen in bouwgeschillen bij de rechtbank en de Raad van Arbitrage voor de Bouw
- Behandelen bouwrecht in al zijn vormen, als onderdeel van een betrokken, multidisciplinair team
- Samenwerken nauw met counsel Frederike Linssen om de bouwrechtpraktijk verder te ontwikkelen
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 8 to 15 years of experience in construction law
- A completed WO master's degree in law
- Affinity with construction law and ambition to grow within a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to both advise clients and regularly litigate construction disputes
- 8 tot 15 jaar ervaring in het bouwrecht
- Een afgeronde WO-master rechten
- Affiniteit met het bouwrecht en de ambitie om te groeien binnen een multidisciplinair team
- Bereidheid om zowel te adviseren als regelmatig te procederen in bouwgeschillen
