TRIP is looking for a notarial candidate in family law in Groningen with roughly four to seven years of experience to advise clients on wills, inheritance and marriage agreements.
What you will do
- Advise clients on wills, inheritance division and settlement, gift arrangements and marriage agreements
- Support clients acting as estate executors
- Provide estate planning advice, including succession within family businesses
- Advise clients strategically while collaborating with colleagues from other practice areas on multidisciplinary matters
What we are looking for
- Approximately four to seven years of experience as a notarial candidate in family law
- An analytical, perfectionist working style
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Social competence and a capacity for self-reflection and continued development
