What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise clients on wills, inheritance division and settlement, gift arrangements and marriage agreements
- Support clients acting as estate executors
- Provide estate planning advice, including succession within family businesses
- Advise clients strategically while collaborating with colleagues from other practice areas on multidisciplinary matters
- Adviseren cliënten over testamenten, verdeling en afhandeling van erfenissen, schenkingstrajecten en huwelijkse voorwaarden
- Ondersteunen cliënten die optreden als executeur
- Geven estate planning advies, waaronder opvolging binnen familiebedrijven
- Adviseren cliënten strategisch, in samenwerking met collega's van andere praktijkgroepen bij multidisciplinaire kwesties

- Approximately four to seven years of experience as a notarial candidate in family law

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Social competence and a capacity for self-reflection and continued development
