What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Examine clients' legal structures and advise on corporate law approaches
- Draft private documents and notarial deeds, including for private equity and venture capital matters
- Advise on company formations, restructurings and prepare governance guidelines
- Work on semi-public corporate law matters involving care institutions and housing corporations
- Onderzoeken de juridische structuur van cliënten en adviseren over ondernemingsrechtelijke aanpakken
- Opstellen onderhandse documenten en akten, waaronder bij private equity- en venture capital-kwesties
- Adviseren over oprichtingen, herstructureringen en opstellen governancerichtlijnen
- Werken aan semipubliek ondernemingsrecht, met zorginstellingen en woningcorporaties als cliënten
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A nearly completed master's degree in Notarial Law
- Affinity with corporate law and prior legal experience through internships or student positions
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Interest in technological developments, including AI
- Een bijna afgeronde master Notarieel Recht
- Affiniteit met ondernemingsrecht en praktijkervaring opgedaan via stages of studentenbanen
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk
- Interesse in technologische ontwikkelingen, waaronder AI
