Van Doorne's Real Estate Notary practice, more than 15 colleagues and among the largest of its kind at Dutch full-service firms, is looking for a junior notarial candidate with a starting salary of 4,130 euros a month, rising in subsequent years.
What you will do
- Guide clients through real estate transactions and structures, including project development and commercial property sales
- Establish and transfer limited property rights, such as ground leases, building rights and apartment ownership rights
- Handle financing matters, including drafting mortgage deeds and security documentation
- Work on semi-public real estate matters for housing corporations, care institutions and government bodies
What we are looking for
- A nearly completed master's degree in Notarial Law
- Affinity with property and contract law
- Prior legal experience through internships or student positions
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
