What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Guide clients through real estate transactions and structures, including project development and commercial property sales
- Establish and transfer limited property rights, such as ground leases, building rights and apartment ownership rights
- Handle financing matters, including drafting mortgage deeds and security documentation
- Work on semi-public real estate matters for housing corporations, care institutions and government bodies
- Begeleiden cliënten bij vastgoedtransacties en -structuren, waaronder projectontwikkeling en aan- en verkoop van commercieel vastgoed
- Vestigen en overdragen beperkte rechten, zoals erfpacht, opstalrechten en appartementsrechten
- Behandelen financieringsvraagstukken, waaronder het opstellen van hypotheekakten en zekerheidsdocumentatie
- Werken aan semipubliek vastgoed voor woningcorporaties, zorginstellingen en overheden
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A nearly completed master's degree in Notarial Law
- Affinity with property and contract law
- Prior legal experience through internships or student positions
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Een bijna afgeronde master Notarieel Recht
- Affiniteit met goederen- en verbintenissenrecht
- Praktijkervaring opgedaan via stages of studentenbanen
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
